Continuing south you’ll travel thro ugh the Fremont / Winema National Forest climbing to 7\,000’ in elevatio n and driving beautiful ridgelines for as far as the eye can see while exp loring some of the most desolate places on the west coast. Ending near the amazing Lassen Volcanic National Park. Camping next to rivers and reservo irs\, this 3-day overland expedition will allow you to feel prepared and b uild your confidence in exploring the unknown!It will be a camping trip fu ll of amazing views\, river crossings and some technical off-roading and n ot to be taken lightly. October in the high desert experience's freezing t emperatures. Please pack appropriately for your trip\, clothing and equipm ent wise. This 3-day\, GPS based\, route includes scenic &\; historic d estinations of the Oregon / California high desert. Using paved and unpave d roads you’ll have approximately 80 miles of fun each day! This route i s beginner friendly! Experienced drivers can be challenged by choosing "ha rd" splits if available. We do our best to include as many miles of dirt a s possible. 3 days of stunning Oregon/California beauty\, hanging out arou nd camp and meeting new people\, this won’t be a trip you'll forget!Upon purchase of the route\, you will be personally invited to join us on a ca mping trip on the set dates above. The camping trip does not have any cost s\, it is just a fun time to gather and run this amazing route with a grou p of fun experienced off-road drivers and campers that you are invited to join upon purchase of the route.All campers are required to have and use a UHF radio to communicate within our group. We will be using a set channel that DOES NOT require a HAM radio operator Lic. We also encourage the use of Gaia GPS\, it is the software we use to create the route for everyone\ , but any GPS is acceptable if it has the routes on it. THE PRICE INCLUDES THE ROUTES FOR A CAMPING TRIP. These routes will only be available until October 1st. That is what you are paying for.
